• Submitted Contact & Parameter Data: Name, business email address, phone number, company name, and strategic project inputs provided through contact forms, lead intake tools, or the MVP Blueprint Builder.
• Automated Security & Analytics: Network logs collected automatically via Cloudflare Shield infrastructure and Cloudflare Turnstile bot verification (such as IP addresses, browser telemetry, and request timestamps) to block automated spam and secure forms.

2. How Information Is Used

Your data is strictly utilized to deliver requested digital transformations and support research:

• On-Screen Snapshot Generation: Parameters submitted in our configuration tools generate immediate, free on-screen strategy previews and architecture summaries.
• Voluntary Venture Contributions: Payment details and contributor parameters submitted through "Fund my initiatives" are processed to directly support open-source tool development, AI research, and cloud infrastructure operations.
• Execution Bundle Routing: Requests for full operational dossiers, custom domain registrations, or commercial platform subscriptions are securely routed to our partner enterprise platform, Let’s Do It Better (LDIB) at letsdoitbetter.co.ke.

3. Live Payment Processing & Security

Venture contributions processed via "Fund my initiatives" connect directly to live payment integrations:

• ZamuPay (Mobile Money / KES): Processed using designated C2B shortcode 425076 and unique account references (00818-KKFUND-{REF}).
• PayPal (USD / Global Cards): Processed securely in USD via hosted PayPal checkout. We never store raw credit card credentials on our servers.

4. Data Storage & Security Standards

• Row Level Security (RLS): All form submissions and transaction records stored inside our Supabase single source of truth layer are governed by strict Row Level Security policies.
• Edge Protection: Our hosting environment is shielded by Cloudflare WAF and TLS 1.3 encryption-in-transit.
• Zero Data Sales: We do not sell, rent, monetize, or trade your personal or business data under any circumstances.

5. Your Data Rights & Complaints

Under Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019, you have the right to be informed, access your data, request corrections, or request complete erasure.
