We prioritise the alignment of teams around business outcomes through leadership vision and a business-aligned operating model. By defining our entire workload as code, we automate procedures to achieve consistent responses and limit human error. We refine operations procedures frequently to ensure your managed environment adapts to evolving technological needs.
Continuous loop: Prepare · Operate · Evolve · Learn
Operational Excellence is not merely about maintaining "uptime"; it is a commitment to building and running software correctly while consistently delivering an exceptional customer experience. We organise our managed services around your specific business outcomes, ensuring that our technical operations are incentivised to meet your strategic goals.
To achieve consistency and scalability, we define your entire environment—including your Google Cloud VPS, email hosting, and Cloudflare configurations—as code. This allows Ken's Virtual Workspace to perform frequent, small, and reversible changes to your workload. This approach reduces the "blast radius" of any updates and allows for rapid reversal if failures occur, providing you with the confidence to innovate without risking stability.
We embrace a culture of continuous learning. We don't wait for incidents to occur; we anticipate failure by driving failure scenarios to understand the workload's risk profile. For The Shule Project, this involves simulating surges in crowdfunding traffic to ensure the platform remains responsive. We learn from every operational event and share those insights across all three of our companies to drive systemic improvement.
