As a registered partner and reseller of major OEM vendors such as Acer, HP, Lenovo, Dell, and Apple, we assist in procuring the devices. All devices come with a comprehensive warranty and support, ensuring no additional cost to the end user during the leasing period.
We customize all processes in accordance with the organization or educational institution’s requirements, ensuring compliance with data protection, security, and other relevant standards. We manage the entire PC lifecycle during the leasing period—from procurement to disposal. Dedicated to the 3Rs of disposal (Reuse, Refurbish, Recycle), we partner with registered eWaste managers to offer scrapping certificates where required, especially when data wiping is involved.
All our leased products are bundled with TechFlex Essentials, allowing customers to upgrade support from TechFlex Essentials to TechFlex Standard, TechFlex Advanced, and TechFlex Enterprise. Additional services include loan or replacement units in case of complete damage, loss, or theft, subject to terms and conditions.
